Is this for beginners or advanced producers?

Both. Every membership gives you a practical learning path from foundational production techniques through to advanced mixing, mastering and release strategy. Beginners can build skills step by step; experienced producers can apply focused tutorials, live sessions and community support, with personal feedback or coaching available when they need it.

Can I join if I'm a complete beginner?

Absolutely. The Ableton Beginners Course is included with every membership, so you can start from zero and follow a clear step-by-step path. You will also have support from the community and coaches during live group sessions.

Question 3

What music genres do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We specialise in underground house, tech house, deep house and minimal. Our coaches have released on labels across these genres and understand the specific sound design, groove and arrangement techniques that work on the dancefloor.

Question 4

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There's no contract. Cancel Super Chilled or Super Feedback any time from the Billing section of the platform, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Annual plans simply won't renew.

The small print: Super Serious 1-to-1 coaching needs one month's notice, and your sessions carry on during that month. Under UK consumer law you can cancel within 14 days of joining, but if you've already started using the platform we may deduct an amount for what you've used. Question 5

What are my cancellation rights and how do I request a refund?

Payments are processed by a third-party provider (Stripe) and we do not store full payment card details.

You can cancel your membership at any time via the 'Billing' section on the platform. After cancellation, your access to the platform and WhatsApp community will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of transaction. If you cancel within this period and have not accessed the platform or community, you will receive a full refund.

If you request access to the platform during the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately. If you then cancel within the 14-day period, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the services already provided.

After 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable.

'Super Serious' tier members are eligible for a refund of their 1-1 coaching hours (at their coach's hourly rate) if sessions cannot be provided by their coach at a mutually convenient time.

We will notify you via email if we are cancelling your subscription for any reason. Possible reasons include breach of terms, non-payment, misuse of the platform, community rule violations.

How does personal Trackstack feedback work?

Upload your work-in-progress to Trackstack and receive detailed, timestamped feedback from professional coaches on arrangement, mixdown, sound selection and what to improve next. Personal Trackstack feedback is an optional paid add-on with Super Chilled and included through monthly tokens with Super Feedback. Standard feedback is normally returned within 5 working days; express feedback is delivered within 24 hours.

How quickly will I receive track feedback?

Express feedback is delivered within 24 hours. Standard feedback is normally delivered within 5 working days. Turnaround begins when your submission is successfully received through Trackstack.

Question 8

Do unused feedback tokens roll over each month?

Accepted Answer

No - Super Feedback tokens are allocated for the billing period in which they are issued and expire at the end of that period. Use your 10 monthly tokens within the month to get the most value.

Question 9

Does the 15% loyalty discount combine with annual pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once you have completed 6 months of continuous active membership, the 15% loyalty discount is applied automatically and stacks with annual billing, so annual members receive both savings together.

Can Super Chilled members get track feedback?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Super Chilled includes two live Zoom feedback sessions each month, where you can submit a track for live coach feedback. Personal Trackstack feedback outside those sessions is optional: standard feedback costs £5.99 per track, or express feedback costs £9.99 per track with delivery within 24 hours. Monthly personal feedback tokens are included with Super Feedback.

What happens immediately after I sign up?

All members get instant access to the tutorial library, live sessions and private community. Super Feedback members also receive 10 monthly personal feedback tokens, while Super Serious members receive personal feedback and 1-to-1 coaching through their coaching package. Super Chilled members can add personal Trackstack feedback when they need it.

Do I need specific software?

We are an Ableton Live focused community. The vast majority of our tutorials and coaching sessions are built in Ableton, and that is the DAW our coaches use day-to-day. We do have some older videos which use Logic Pro, and the core production techniques are applicable across any DAW. If you are serious about joining, we strongly recommend using Ableton Live to get the most out of the tutorials and live sessions.
